Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles

The Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles provides public-housing and housing-assistance resources through its programs. Its website includes information for applicants, residents, landlords, and other participants.

Eligibility, waiting-list status, application periods, documentation, and ongoing participation requirements vary by program. A public page does not mean a waiting list is open or an application is approved. HACLA is separate from the Los Angeles Housing Department and the county's housing authority.
