Chicago Planning and Development

Chicago Planning and Development provides official information about land-use planning, development, neighborhood initiatives, and related economic-development responsibilities. Its website includes plans, project resources, programs, and public-participation information.

The location, proposal, or program determines the appropriate review or application process. A project page or policy document does not establish final approval or funding. Other city agencies may be responsible for building permits, utilities, transportation, and connected requirements.
