TopCashback

TopCashback's U.S. service connects members with cashback offers from participating retailers. Users choose a merchant through the service and follow the offer's tracking and purchase conditions to earn eligible rewards.

Rates, exclusions, confirmation times, and payout options vary by retailer and offer. The American service has its own accounts and terms, distinct from other country storefronts. Purchases are still made with the retailer, whose delivery, return, and customer-service policies apply.
