Common App provides a shared college-application platform used by participating institutions. Its website gives applicants, families, counselors, and colleges information about the application process and supported tools.

Participating colleges set their own admission requirements, supplemental questions, deadlines, fees, and decisions. One Common App account does not make every institution accept the same materials or guarantee eligibility.
