Kanopy

Kanopy supplies streaming films through participating public libraries and academic institutions. Its search supports title or keyword discovery and filters such as genre, audio language, and caption language; the available collection depends on the library.

Public-library users normally connect a library card and PIN or password to a Kanopy account. University access follows the institution's authentication process, and a personal Kanopy account is optional for additional features such as watchlists and playlists. A library must offer the service, and its collection or ticket rules determine viewing access.
